If you don’t know your boundaries or need help asserting them, let this be your starting point.

Sometimes someone says or does something and you have a pit in your stomach. You ignore it, but it happens again. You start to notice that sometimes it comes up when you want to say something but don’t know how.

You notice how this impacts you at work and in your relationships and you want to work on understanding this and gaining the confidence to need to start trusting yourself.

You are not sure if you have self-worth. You have heard the term but you have trouble describing how it applies to you. You notice there situations that show up that make you question yourself or compare yourself to others more than you would like and you want to be more focused on what actually matters to you.
