Hello! I’m Lucille.

I am an attachment-based therapist based in Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona that specializes in boundaries, self-worth and improving relationships.

Part of what inspired me to be a therapist is feeling judged and different and having no where to go with that feeling. I learned how support can give us the ground to stand on in order to move forward and that is what I hope to bring to you.

Spending most of my life growing up in New York, I have an appreciation and understanding for those that have a diverse background. I also have a deep empathy for those that feel don’t feel like they fit in to societal norms.

Our environment and past impacts us. If we understand and process the way in which we came to be who we are, we have will have the power to change it. We can improve it and tailor it to what we actually want, not what others are telling us we want but what we truly feel is right for us.

This is what we will build together in sessions.


My main goal is to support you. Here is what you can expect in sessions with me:

1. Intention

Together we will develop goals based on what you want to improve on or get support with. We will discuss how I can help you to progress toward the goals you set. Going forward, our sessions will be intentional in surrounding the things you want to work on. I will regularly check back in so we can make sure that you are moving forward in the way you want to be.

2. Guidance

I’m here to support you, not tell you what to you. I will provide my perception, understanding and empathy on your thoughts and emotions and help you figure out what they mean so you can start repairing, growing, and benefiting from them. The conversations we have and the questions I ask will have the purpose of helping you gain further insight and will guide you to informed decision-making.

3. Honesty

You don’t have to (and shouldn’t) filter yourself in session. If there isn’t honesty, there won’t be progress, so say what’s on your mind. Our conversations will be a collaborative effort and sometimes I might voice something I notice that comes up so we can deepen and work through it. This will help us identify the patterns you’d like to improve, so we can better understand them and the reasons behind them.

4. Growth

I trust you to tell me if there is something that isn’t working for you so that we can try something else. I may also ask about this if I sense that we are stuck. When we collaborate in session with the best method to help you progress, it will lead to the growth that you are wanting.


My background and qualifications include:

Education & License

I have earned a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

I have been a licensed clinician in Arizona since 2023.

I am fully trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

Clinical Experience

I have been working consistently with individuals and couples since 2022 practicing identity work and helping with relational issues.

I intend to become certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS) in 2026-2027.

I have advanced training and experience in:

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

Helps you identify your negative patterns in your relationship or yourself and understand your emotions to create trust and a secure connection.

Attachment Based Therapy (Psychotherapy)

Helps you discover where your thoughts and behaviors came from and how to improve these to better manage your emotions and establish trust in yourself.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

Helps you understand how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors are connected and guides you to reframe internal thoughts to better function.

I use a combination of these modalities and when working together, we will set goals to figure out which is best suited for your needs.


Sometimes we just need someone to hear us.

Therapy can be helpful no matter where you are in your life. You don’t have to have a major event bringing you in.

Whether you want to improve yourself, find it’s difficult to express feelings and connect with others or you just need someone to hear you without judgement, I would be honored to offer a safe space for you to navigate this.
