Where are you located?

My in person office is in Old Town Scottsdale at
7272 E Indian School Rd Suite 540, Scottsdale Arizona 85251.

Do you provide therapy online?

Yes! I use the HIPPA compliant system SimplePractice and you can join through a secure link or the SimplePractice app if you're using your phone.

Not only can online sessions be more convenient, but they also have the potential to be as effective as in person therapy, it is always an option!

What does attachment-based therapist mean?

With attachment-based therapy, we are trying to understand your current patterns and when/where they developed so we can work together and develop healthier patterns that better serve you.

My hope is to ask the questions you may not have asked yourself that can help you heal and grow from the past.

I am always happy to answer more questions about this in session, so please feel free to ask!

What is the cost of a session?

My current rate is $185 per 50-minute session.

We will discuss if we might be a good fit before getting started with a free phone consultation. Please let me know if payment is a concern and we can go over options during our call.

Do you take insurance?

I do not take insurance, however, I do provide a SuperBill which can be submitted to your insurance.

Many clients have received partial reimbursement from out-of-network benefits. Please ask me about this if it is a concern and we can go over how to submit this to your insurance.

How often do I need to go to therapy?

I suggest weekly or biweekly sessions to start so we can get established. I check in about this regularly to make sure that this still works for you based on your needs and goals.

How long is therapy?

This is based on you are feeling about progress toward your goals. I will be regularly checking in to see where we are at with our goals and how you feel about your progress.

If something isn’t working, this allows us to have a discussion about why it might not be working and try something else.

My goal is to make sure you feel supported in whatever it is you are trying to accomplish, even if it’s just having a safe space to process, this is less about an exact time and more about your needs.
