If you don’t know your boundaries or need help asserting them, let this be your starting point.

Sometimes someone says or does something and you have a pit in your stomach. You ignore it, but it happens again. You start to notice that sometimes it comes up when you want to say something but don’t know how.

You notice how this impacts you at work and in your relationships and you want to work on understanding this and gaining the confidence you need to start trusting yourself.

How I can support you with boundaries:

In our sessions, we we learn how to identify what your boundaries are and where they came from. I will work with you to understand your patterns and messages that you tell yourself that keep you from asserting boundaries.

Once we have an understanding of what your boundaries are, I will help guide you to express your boundaries with more confidence. We will explore any blocks might come up along the way and get you to a place where you can start to understand yourself.

The more you understand your boundaries, the better you will be able to regulate your emotions and improve your relationships.

In our sessions, I will help you understand yourself and how to improve the patterns that might exist that keep you from feeling confident. Well will discover how we can get to a place were you feel better about yourself without criticism taking over.

Many times we have internal thoughts that started before we can remember and we start to believe these. These beliefs impact us and how we show up to others, even if we "fake it" we have trouble making it go away if we don't fully understand why they are there.

As we discover your internal thoughts, we will not only learn how to reframe these thoughts into healthy ones, but we will learn how turn these into core beliefs that build authentic confidence and self-worth.
