You feel stressed sometimes and don’t know where to start to prevent it or manage it. You notice this leading to burnout and go through the same cycle where you feel worn down and unable to do anything. You want to change this and you want to feel more in control of your life.

You feel anxious sometimes so much that it leads to panic attacks. You get in your head and have trouble being compassionate to yourself. You aren’t sure where to start but you know you want to the tools to help manage anxiety so that you can function at work and with others.

Psychotherapy and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) can help with:

In our sessions, you will gain the tools needed to help with relief from stress or anxiety. We will work together to identify what thinking patterns might be making your stress or anxiousness more intense and learn how to change these patterns so that it occurs less frequently.

I will help you discover the ways that actually work for you to manage stress and anxiety and how to keep these improved habits going forward.

With less stress and anxiety, you will have the space to be more present and gain back control to navigate life in a way that benefits you.
